• Coal Block plus an empty Bucket becomes an Oil Bucket.
• This means the Refinery can either upgrade pumped oil or synthesize an oil bucket from coal as an intermediate step.

• The Refinery pairs naturally with an Oil Pump if you are building a full oil-processing setup.
• Keep spare buckets on hand if you want the coal-to-oil recipe to run automatically.
