The Food Composter turns Organic Food into Organic Fertilizer. It is the powered follow-up to the Food Fabricator and supplies several growth-based machines.

• Connect the machine to a powered Energy and Electricity network.
• Insert any Organic Food variant into the input.
• Leave room in the output for the fertilizer cans.
• Collect the resulting Organic Fertilizer from the output.

• Each supported Organic Food type is converted into its matching fertilizer variant.
• Each process produces 2 units of fertilizer output.
• This machine is the main supplier for crop and tree growth automation.

• A common setup is Food Fabricator → Food Composter → growth accelerators.
• This machine is much easier to keep stocked if your Organic Food production is automated first.
