The GPS Emergency Transmitter automatically records your death location as a waypoint when you die, as long as you are carrying it in your inventory.

When you die, Slimefun creates a personal death waypoint at that location and labels it with the date. This makes it easier to return to your last position, recover drops, or warn yourself about dangerous areas.
