Tape Measure

The Tape Measure is a utility tool for checking the distance between two blocks.

Sneak and right-click a block to set that block as the anchor point.

After an anchor has been set, right-click another block to measure the distance from the saved anchor to the new block.

The anchor position is stored inside the item itself, so you can keep measuring from the same point until you set a new anchor.

• The stored anchor only works in the same world where it was set.
• If no anchor has been set yet, the item will warn you instead of measuring.
• This is especially useful for planning builds, machine spacing, and multiblock layouts.
