The Food Composter turns [[organic_food|Organic Food]] into Organic Fertilizer. It is the powered follow-up to the [[food_fabricator|Food Fabricator]] and supplies several growth-based machines.

===== How to use it =====

  - Connect the machine to a powered [[energy_and_electricity|Energy and Electricity]] network.
  - Insert any Organic Food variant into the input.
  - Leave room in the output for the fertilizer cans.
  - Collect the resulting Organic Fertilizer from the output.

===== Behavior =====

  * Each supported Organic Food type is converted into its matching fertilizer variant.
  * Each process produces 2 units of fertilizer output.
  * This machine is the main supplier for crop and tree growth automation.
